Summary:	Thirteen years ago, a college basketball coach dreamed up an idea to help others: He started writing down his mistakes. The distance from assistant to head coach, as Neighbors puts it, is only 18 inches along the bench. These days, he’s an assistant coach for the WNBA’s Dallas Wings. By the time he became the head coach at Washington, he counted upward of 75,000 recipients.
